Summer Break

We held one casual catch-up over Summer Break. It was so much fun to see you all!

Workshops

Summer Break

Over the Summer Break we had a crochet workshop run by Grace and Qifa. They taught the group how to make granny squares and change colours of yarn!

We also had a multi-faith privacy screen decoration event. We decorated privacy screens that will be used at future events to provide both a quiet space as well as privacy for those who may need to pray or meditate during our events.

Multi-faith Privacy Screen Decoration

Marti Bracelet Craft Event

Everyone was brought together through the craft of beading. Some tried their hand at Marti Bracelets, others put their own twist to the art!

So many people were keen to learn from our crochet masters - slip knots were conquered and single crochet stitches were not match for our patient pupils!

Sticky Puff Craft Workshop

This workshop centered around foam-like pieces that stick together with a dab of water. The material we use is plant-based and water-soluble. This means that when your art is at the end of its life cycle, it can be easily dissolved with no impact on the environment - we love art and sustainability!
